• Orders are processed for shipping Monday thru Friday within 48 hours of your order date.
• Orders placed on Thursday before 5:00pm PST will be shipped on the following Monday.
• Orders place on Friday before 5:00pm PST will be shipped on the following Tuesday.

• Shipping charges are determined the package weight and destination.
• Shipping Charges are calculated before taxes.
• All orders are subject to verification.

Refunds & Exchanges
We try to make your shopping experience as worry-free as possible. To insure you receive the correct items, please be sure to examine any associated data included with the details of the products you are oredering. In some cases, batteries or other items may be necessary for the item you are ordering to operate. If TransAction Holdings, LLC mistakenly shipped the item, we will gladly pay for return shipping and for the new item to be shipped. However, TransAction Holdings, LLC must receive the original item back prior to re-shipping. The returned item must not be damaged and must be in the new condition as it was originally sent by TransAction Holdings, LLC. Any item deemed to have a manufacturer defect or is damaged will be replaced at no cost to the customer. If the manufacturer determines it is not a manufacturer defect TransAction Holdings, LLC cannot replace or exchange the item nor will TransAction Holdings, LLC pay for shipping of item. Please check items as soon as they arrive to insure the item is the correct item ordereded.
